Pretty amazing. Takes time but worth it, using beet greens fro. the remains in the garden and some rainbow cauliflower in the freezer. Definitely didn’t need the 4 c. broth and 1 c. H2O (maybe used 1/2 that. Served with Italian sausage and Brunuusto (like Hallomi).
