- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

Good flavors, everyone enjoyed it and it was simple to cook. Rest of the family loved it, I wasn’t as much of a fan.

This was GOOD. SO said the best cauliflower he ever had. I wasn't sure about the mayo but it works! .
