- 1 florets (. Cauliflower – 1 medium size cut into medium sized)
- 2 cups besan
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder (optional)
- green chilies
- 1 red chili
- 1 onions
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- turmeric powder (– a pinch)
- salt (to taste.)
- 1 pinch baking soda (or baking powder, optional)
- water (– as required)
- oil (– sufficient enough to reach 8 cm height in your kadai/frying pan. I prefer a 50:50 mixture of mustard oil and sunflower oil. But you can use any of them singularly.)
- 2 Tbsp. rice flour
- asafetida (/ Hing powder- a pinch)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 1 coriander leaves (7. Chopped, 1 ~ 2 tbsp for garnish, optional)
