Perfect pancakes! I do agree, you need at least an extra 1/4 cup of milk. My kids can’t wait until I make again.

There is so much to love about this recipe. Every time cauliflower is on sale I make this soup. It freezes well. I love it so much I shared it with some friends in a local herb guild and passed the recipe on to them. They loved it too. I love love love that it is so low calorie and creamy and delicious without dairy.

Very tasty! And easy to make. I paired this with sliced baguette toasted with rosemary infused garlic butter! Delicious & easy combo 👍

Absolutely wonderful soup! I wanted to use the whole head of cauliflower, so I doubled everything, but when it came time to cover it all with stock (I used homemade chicken stock... sorry!), I only needed 3 1/2 cups. It was so yummy my husband went back for another helping! I put the leftovers in the freezer to see how well that would work (and to have some for whenever I get sick next... I think this will be just the soul-soothing soup to help me through a cold!). Thanks for the great recipe!

The best, just it’s important to make it thick, and olive oil over it will make it mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This soup is really delicious! I️ LOVED the rosemary and followed the recipe exactly adding some leek that I️ had on hand. My only change for next time would be to add a potato or carrot or even mushroom- something to thicken it up and add a touch more depth to the flavor.

Lovely soup, very tasty and healthier without the cream. I used chicken broth as I didn't care about the vegan aspect. The rosemary gave it a great flavour - definitely will make again!

This is a sensational recipe. I added 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper and it was amazing! I will definitely be making this again. It was super easy to make.

Lovely, subtle, and dead easy. Didn't find it needed bouillon - the flavours of garlic and olive oil and rosemary really stand out, so I left them alone by just using salt & pepper and adding a bay leaf to the mix (remove before blending!). Also very pretty with the olive oil drizzled on top...a perfect bowl of wintery comfort food.
