Used half the amount of onion and mix it in with the dressing the night before. I used Craisins instead. Mixed all together just before serving. Oh and I don’t cook the cauliflower or broccoli.

Made double batch but 3x the dressing and only put in 1/2 a red onion as I made it a day ahead and know the onion will keep getting stronger. Dressing will need to be remixed in the salad before serving. Also 2 cauliflower = amount for one recipe and 1 bundle of broccoli to get the needed cups for this recipe. Can also use the cooked bacon that is now in the store. 1 box for one batch of recipe. Just cook in skillet a bit before hand to get to crispiness you desire.

This salad was absolutely a tasty treat. I will definitely make it again. It's a keeper. I used white wine vinegar & crasins.

Made this recipe for guest tonight, I added craisins instead of raisins and reduced the bacon. My guest wanted the recipe and the serving dish is empty.
