- 150 grams pasta (I prefer penne but literally any shape will do)
- 100 grams creme fraiche
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan (plus extra for topping)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. chives

- 3 Tbsp. cooking water (reserved, from the pasta)
