- 2/3 cup cashews (ideally soaked overnight)
- 1/3 cup blanched almonds (skins removed)
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 handful sage
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil (the no-flavor cooking type)
- 1 tsp. brewers yeast
- 2 cups filtered water (depending on the size of your broccoli and cauliflower heads you may want to add a bit more – you want it smooth and creamy but not TOO thick!)
- 1 handful shiso
- 1 handful chives
- 2 sprigs rosemary (leaves removed)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice of)
- Tbsp. Himalayan salt (rock)
- cups oil (Pumpkin seed, to drizzle over)
- cups edible flowers (for decoration.)
