Mix was to soupy to form. My cauliflower was a little over cooked though. Even with flavored panko, this needed a lot of salt.

creative dish with great texture. May add some additional spices next time, but will definitely try this dish again

I’m not into Keato or anything, I just love tater tots and was trying to find a healthier way to do them. These are delicious!

Turned out great I had to improvise and use crushed crackers instead of breadcrumbs , also I seasoned with salt and pepper ( I also steamed then blanched the cauliflower so it didn’t over cook ) overall a good starting point I’m going to take it and improvise

These were ok. Make sure to season with salt and pepper. I might add additional spice next time and try them on an air fryer next time.

These tots were great! I used Parmesan instead of cheddar and used plain breadcrumbs with added Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. I would recommend putting these in molds to shape the tot form, as it took me at least ten minutes to shape by hand. It was a very messy process, but it had a delicious end!

My husband and son really enjoyed these cauliflower tots. my 1 year old is very picky these days and he loved them. even liked them without ketchup. mom win with this recipe.

Loved it! Was lots of prep work but the outcome was worth it! I only had plain regular bread crumbs so I added seasoning and fresh basil I had. As the recipe states, make sure it crisps up, makes a difference in taste! Will certainly make it again.
