Tried to make this and got several to the final stage but they kept falling apart. Nothing like the picture being able to pick up two edges and it hold together. Tasted fine, just ended up eating mostly fallen apart pieces pressed together.

I Love it, I added basil and garlic since I am not a big fan of salt. I don't eat bread anymore, this is the perfect substitute. Putting the cauliflower in a dish towel is challenging but yet rewarding once the process is complete. I usually have to cover the dish towel with another small towel to try and help while I squeeze out the water. Some say it doesn't have much taste, but it taste like cauliflower and what ever I add in it.
