I agree with the previous reviewer that this recipe has nothing to do with "steak", and the only reason vegetarians think it does is that they've forgotten what steak tastes like. Nevertheless, it's delicious, and 130 calories. Give it another name if the "steak" label bothers you so much.

It is a piece of sliced cauliflower. It bears literally 0 resemblance to a "steak". The use of this term is as fraudulent as it gets. Grilled cauliflower is delicious. But to pretend it has anything to do with a chunk of meat is just plain silly.
