    Stellarly. I hate cauliflower, but this has sold me on this vegetable that seemingly lacks any good.

    being a vegetarian and being able to have "steak" is the bees knees. the more seasoning the better (i used chives in mine its dank)

    I've made it four times in three weeks. It's the best and any leftovers are never thrown out. It's even better the next day. Today I added about 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper to the spices and loved that too!

    Loved it. This is a great alternative for a meatless meal. It had the perfect amount of seasoning. Will make again.
