This soup is just fantastic. It’s one of my regulars and I have made it many, many times. People always ask for the recipe. Make sure you cook it long enough after the milk and flour add to let it thicken! Freezes well!

Excellent soup, great way to use up veggies; I threw in some leftover cauliflower & mushroom casserole, as well as a few pieces of chicken. Don't skip the sour cream, it gives it a creaminess that is to die for.
