    Used a bag of frozen rice cauliflower and half a yellow and half a green zucchini instead of celery, more salt and some 21 seasoning. 3 out of 4 loved it!

    Great recipe! Needs to cook longer than directions but the longer it cooks the better the flavor gets! Needs less oil than recommended.

    My first time trying cauliflower as a substitute for rice, and I was pleased. We served shredded Cuban style beef over the top. Not too much cauliflower flavor. To save time I used the cauliflower rice from Costco, already cut to just the right size.

    Wow!! Turned out better than I expected. Used red onions. I couldn't fit all the cauliflower in the pan. Next time will have to make two patches. Definite keeper. Made this 2 more times. Second time it came out horrible probably because I used the pre-riced bag of cauliflower from the store. The moisture would not dry up and it turned into mush. So, I don't recommend using the pre-riced bags unless you make a very small amount and not overcrowd the pan. Today I gave it another shot and made it again. I cut up a head of cauliflower into popcorn sized pieces. Used only 2 tbs oil and cooked it until all the moisture was gone and the cauliflower started browning a little. This time is was 😋 delicious. With the righ seasonings, this dish will make a healthy substitute for stuffing during Thanksgiving.

    I was not a fan of it but my father in law loved it. I guess it's just one of those to each their own dishes

    Really delicious, I added a minced garlic clove and turned out pretty good! Great alternative to cut some carbs.

    it was a really helpful recipe because i am about to take our ncII in school and it is required. we should be searching for 14 recipes and we should cook it in 4 hours. it is frustrating because i am not good at cooking. but i'll try.

    AMAZING!!!!! I was shocked! I didn't think this was going to be nearly as good as it is. The cauliflower gets amidst creamy when puréed and is so good. I've raving about it to all my friends. Amazing dish.

    Tasty and incredible! My favourite go to quick, easy and healthy meal. I cook the cauliflower for longer to toast it a bit more, the sweetness of the cauliflower really complements the rest of the flavours.

    Worked great without alterations. Cooked onions a little less on accident. Used the "rice" as a base for a delicious vegetable stir-fry that pleased even my meat-loving husband. Will definitely use this recipe again!

    So easy and really good! I would definitely make it again and didn't modify at all. It was such a great, healthy comfort food.
