    This was a god blank canvas starting point. I added a few things like I do with all mashes, but it was nice to have the info to get this done.

    Delicious! I didn't have thyme so I used fresh dill instead, but a taste before adding the dill proved to be quite tasty. My husband liked it, too, and we don't even like cauliflower! Will be adding this to the rotation. Thanks!

    Yum! Made it as directed, and it was delicious! Mine turned out slightly runny, but I think I put in more than the 3 Tbsps of liquid that it called for.
