These are good but omg the writing style is unbearable. This could have been shared w/out the car troubles or mini pepperoni whining. And please, condense your words & sentences to minimize the unnecessary.
I copy & paste many recipes but I had to slice & dice all the fluff out of this one - it was a huge waste of time. But thanks for it!

The recipe is good in theory but not in practice. They turn out soggy and a tad bland.

The taste was amazing- however; don't line muffin tins with paper- the crust looked done but after the cheese / pepperoni melted I had to peel away the paper and the all fell apart! It was a mess! And the cauliflower crust seemed like breadcrumbs that weren't fully cooked. Too much work! Next time I will try a pizza and cut into little pieces.

Absolutely amazing!! We will definitely make this again. I found out that you really have to get the cauliflower really dry, though
