This crust was delicious. My husband and I both liked it and we don't like cauliflower. The downside is that it makes an individual size pizza, and I thought it would make enough for two of us. Next time we will have to double it

The crust was delicious! I added the hot cauliflower to quinoa flakes which became a nice textured dough. Even with rolling it too thin, it held together beautifully. Will use this recipe for pizza night.
