Noting the other reviews, I omitted the chia, wrung out the minced cauliflower before adding an egg and the almond flour etc, all in the processor. Easy and worked like a dream. Cook it well before adding toppings. Really so much nicer than dough!

Disappointing. Didnt even come close to cooking in alloted time. To moist. Falls apart. Waist of ingredients.

This was the worst excuse for a pizza crust! Way too much fluid is used no recommendation to try!
No stars!

I had to broil it for awhile at the end to even make it brown and I basically had to eat it with a fork, it does not even get hard, it crumbled to pieces.

um idk if i made it in the wrong pan but it turned out very watery and soggy, even though i pressed my cauliflower rice. i made it 2x and tried a ton more almond flour the second time, and cooking it 10 min longer but to no avail. the sides burned and the middle was mush. we ended up throwing it all on top of a salad, even then it wasnt that good. 🤦♀️ but i cooked it in a pan with sides so it may have inappropriately retained moisture idk

If I had just squeezed out the water from the riced cauliflower first, I am pretty sure the crust would have turned out much better.....but it was mushy! Also, cauliflower needs a lot of salt, or it is flavorless...

Taste was good but was sticking to baking paper or steel plate (if made w/o baking sheet) however the pizza came out good and had to use the plate with crust as is. The pizza base was difficult to remove. An6 suggestions are welcome
