- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (or parm. cheese for non-vegan option)
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- salt (/pepper, depends if you use vegetable broth or water)
- 1 head cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 lb. whole wheat pasta
- tofu (For crispy)
- 1 pkg. tofu (pressed and sliced in ½" slabs)
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk (unsweetened, I use almond milk)
