Be sure to steam not boil the cauliflower... and pat dry any excess water. My consistency still wasn’t quite like mashed potatoes, but the flavor was still fantastic!!!!

SO YUMMY! My first try at making the C-mash. I added butter, minced garlic cloves sauted in Olive oil, parsley and thyme (crushing the thyme to release its full flavor) then use my hand blender, pulsing slowly as to not over blend. It was creamy and flavorful. the whole family loved it..
