- 3 sausages (bratwurst)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (we use Green Valley Organics Lactose-Free)
- 3/4 cup whole milk (we use lactose-free)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (we use Green Valley Organics Lactose-Free)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt ( good quality, we use Jacobsen's)
- 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 cups cheddar cheese (Tillamook Triple, shredded and separated)
