- 1 shallot (very thinly sliced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup almond flour (I like this brand)
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca starch (I like this one)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour (This is my favorite)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt (like this one!)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (for the pan, plus more for serving, this is my favorite kind of ghee)
- fresh parsley (Chopped, for garnish, optional)
