I didn't have potatoes, I used a sweet plantain instead. It was ok. Makes for a nice appetizer or lunch snack.

These were so delicious! So easy to make and I will be making these again for sure. Twice in a week!

Fairly easy to make. Came out almost exactly as pictured. Very tasty. Very creative patty. Not greasy at all. Everybody in the family liked them. I would make it again.
