    Made it tonight and was just as good as take out fried rice, would definitely make it again and add some chicken maybe some green onions pea pods.

    Awesome. I added some zucchini and mushrooms and i also found it needed a little more sauce. In addition to low sodium soy i added some teriyaki sauce and about a TBS of sesame oil. I also marinated some chicken in those 3 sauces and a little honey and added that and it was amazing. My dad couldn't tell the difference between this and real rice!

    Love, love, love this recipe! I've made it twice so far and my entire family loves it; especially those that do not enjoy eating vegetables. I've modified it by adding frozen shrimp at the end. The shrimp are the frozen, raw, deveined, tail-off type. They are thawed in cold water then seasoned and cooked in olive oil (1TBS).
