This is delicious! Used frozen cauliflower, and added in corn, mushrooms, celery, chicken and water chestnuts. Delicious!!

The CFR is a healthy alternative. Followed the recipe with two exceptions I used liquid aminos vs soy sauce and I added two grilled chicken breasts cut in cubes. When I make this again I will not use butter, probably sesame or coconut oil, definitely not the butter. Please don’t think I am bashing butter, I love it, just not in this recipe.

This recipe is wonderful! As a side dish with any protein. I made it as a side with pork and chicken. My family loves cauliflower rice better then white or brown rice.

Turned out great! I ended up using more of the soy sauce and sprinkling some Goya Adobo in there too for extra flavor, but you can't even taste the cauliflower.

Awesome! We used fresh cauliflower, added a little sriracha for spice and it was super tasty!

this was so much better with fresh cauliflower not frozen, tries it both ways
