Healthy AND delicious! Simple to make and doesn’t take long at all! Perfect meal for weeknights.

This is a great recipe but I altered a bit and added snap peas, cilantro, diced jalapeño and Cayucos hot sauce. I also threw in a cup of cooked quinoa. Great base recipe though.
