Excellent recipe. Sometimes I use brown rice but when I make it with cauliflower my 15 year old doesn’t notice the difference bonus!

This was very good and will definitely be a regular our home. I did make some changes such as:
1. I used garlic powder mostly because I did not pay attention and forgot to at garlic cloves to the oil
2. I added ginger powder
3. I added the eggs at the end because it made more sense to me
4. I added ground chicken but I browned the ground chicken and added Very Very Teriyaki to flavor the chicken
It came out great and flavorful.

Delicious! I added ginger and vegetable bouillon to give it plenty of flavor. I almost prefer this to traditional fried rice!

I left out the egg because i had it with salmon and was still delicious! Saving the left over rice so i can actually try it with the egg im sure its gonna be just as great!

I really like this recipe. Getting a “rice” consistency with the cauliflower was a little tricky, but this has made it into a regular rotation for dinner! Yummmmm...ly.

I did a few things different. I did everything stated here without the corn and I added shrimp. I also added Maggie chicken seasoning it was great. My son came back for extra so it had to a winner!

It was great. I did add a TBS chicken base at the end to perk up the flavor. I used fresh corn off the cob.

My son loved it and my husband had seconds! I added some leftover honey garlic chicken thighs cut in small pieces! Delicious!

It was well received by my family. My daughter said it was a “keeper”. I’ll be serving this dish often.
