I'm going to try this w/ ALMOND FLOUR vs the reg called for... double the amount as recommended. And will add some ground flax to bind. Since an egg is already included it should be ok...
An alternate might be an egg white to bind. Check w/ comparable recipes for this type of 'patty' from a KETO recipe of similar form....
