    I used cheese cloth to squeeze the water out of the cooked cauliflower. Could probably have gotten it drier. Also cooked it on parchment paper as I have had sticking problems in the past. Crust was crisp but not real pizza crust crispy (yet so much healthier). This is our new go to pizza crust.
