Amazing! Exactly what I wanted! It was my first cauliflower crust pizza that I made. I did bbq sauce, chicken, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. So delicious!

Drain the riced cauliflower after cooking. I used sheep cheese and Parmesan cheese. Very delicious!!! Also I used a olive oil spray instead of brushing with olive oil, much easier and more evenly coated! Definitely will make again, even for a crowd!!
