This was a super easy recipient. And I added some white fish (cod) for protein just before serving, it poached in the liquid. Yum!

First recipe with Yummly, we liked it I was out of coriander, so added extra cumin. Looking forward to trying it again with all the correct ingredients

I used vegetable broth and simulated bacon bits to make it vegetarian. it's in our regular rotation now. we love it.

Loved it! Took the advice of others and used two heads of cauliflower. We ate it for the main meal, so I also added chicken as the recipe suggested. Good comfort food for a cold day!

Didn’t realize til we were all done eating that I forgot the onion :( but I also thought this was a bit watery... I was tempted to purée a little just to thicken... I’ll try again... maybe adding a potato too :)

This Chowder has great flavor, but made as written, turned out too watery and thin. Whisking in 1/2 cup of flour next time on top of the sautéed vegetables before adding the liquid will give it more substance. Either that or add a whole other head of cauliflower.
