    I think my cauliflower must have been larger than 20 ounces. I should have doubled the liquid. Flavor was good, though for some reason my resident cauliflower fanatic, who picked the recipe, said it was gross. My wife didn’t like the texture, but she’s weird so not really a valid judge of a recipe.

    Used jalapeno cheddar cheese, it was great! I recommend greasing the baking dish. A definite keeper!

    It was very good, but too salty even though I'd halved the quantity of salt called for. I also didn't pre-cook the cauliflower, just zapped it in the microwave for two minutes, then put the lot into a covered casserole for 30 mins. Added 15 mins. uncovered mins. for browning.

    love this, i will definitely make again and share with others! i did not modify the original recipe, i think you could easily add other veggies or favorite flavors and still be happy with it.

    Hubby loved it! Tried some chopped bacon just to be sure it was savory enough. He asks for it now. ;)
