- 1 pinch ground black pepper

- poppy seeds
- sesame seeds
- 8 slices thick cut bacon (organic uncured)
- 1 tomato (large ripe, sliced)
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce (crispy)
- 4 Tbsp. mayo (make your own paleo mayo with this recipe)
