Delicious but I added crab meat to the garlic and mushrooms In the beginning so that the broth took the taste of the crab meat. I also let the broth simmer for 20 minutes and then I added the catfish which I only semi boiled in water Because I wanted the broth to take the taste of the fish So I finished cooking the fish in the broth for five minutes I also added a lot more lemon and half the cayenne pepper My son loved it!
