four stars from the kids, three stars from the hubby who still doesn’t like catfish. I added more liquids (lemon juice,
more hot sauce, and the liquid from a jar of roasted red peppers) to the spice rub to make it a marinade and let the fish marinate in the fridge for two hours before baking.
