Simply Amazing!! I made some for a family reunion and everyone loved it. I had to make more and will make again for other occasions.

This salad is perfect just the way the recipe is written! Everybody loves it! And best of all it's super easy to do. Make sure to add corn chips right before serving. The corn chips get a little soggy if refrigerated, so leftovers aren't as tasty as the first time around, but there's almost never any leftovers anyway. :-)

Yummy! Easy and delicious. Will try this again for sure! I modified it a bit with the dressing and onion.
