- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. pasilla pepper (ground)
- 2 tsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili peppers (ground New Mexico)
- 1/2 Tbsp. mustard powder (ground)
- 5 tsp. granulated sugar (granulated)
