It turned out great! I did read the review before and did let it simmer for 30 minutes instead of 28. Then did wait the 5 minutes until all the juices were absorbed. Rice was cooked perfect. I really liked the flavor but my boyfriend likes it spicier so added Ortega after serving. I will definitely make it again!

Flavors seem good, but there was way too much broth and rice was under cooked. maybe i need to extend the time
