  • 1 pound crimini mushrooms (brown, also called Baby Bella, washed and cut into thick slices or pieces)
  • 1 onion (medium, chopped into smallish pieces)
  • 1 green pepper (seeds removed and chopped into smallish pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon greek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (Greek)

    This was delicious. I had a few substitutions that worked well. When I opened my sour cream, I discovered I had turned it into French onion dip. The onion flavor worked well in the recipe, so always good. I also was out of shredded mozzarella cheese so I just diced some provolone and it tasted good. Will definitely make this again.
