- 1 lb. crimini mushrooms (brown, also called Baby Bella, washed and cut into thick slices or pieces)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped into smallish pieces)
- 1 green pepper (seeds removed and chopped into smallish pieces)
- 1 tsp. Greek seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano (Greek)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (I used ground turkey thighs)
- ground black pepper
- salt
- 2/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta
- 8 oz. mozzarella (grated reduced fat, 3/4 cup + 1 1/4 cup)

This was delicious. I had a few substitutions that worked well. When I opened my sour cream, I discovered I had turned it into French onion dip. The onion flavor worked well in the recipe, so always good. I also was out of shredded mozzarella cheese so I just diced some provolone and it tasted good. Will definitely make this again.
