This is the BEST milk recipe I've ever used. I discovered it about 4 years ago and I make it at least twice a month sometimes more often. I've tried other milk recipes and nothing measures up. I keep the cashew milk in a mason jar in the fridge with a label and I write an expiration date for 5 days later but it never lasts that long. I also make the recipe a little thicker and sweeter for coffee creamer. Thank you so much!!!!
