- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. stone ground mustard (we used Woodstock Organic Stone Ground Mustard)
- 1 medjool date (softened)
- 1 tsp. sea salt (+/- to taste)
- 2 drops cayenne pepper sauce (we used Frank’s Red Hot)

It’s pretty good. My husband says it’s better than regular mayo. For me one date is too much. Even half of it made it too sweet. I like my mayo more tangy so next time I won’t use the date. But is has lasted very long in the fridge so that’s really good.
