- 1 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (juice from one lemon)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion (or 1 tsp onion powder)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 cannelloni (tubes)
- 4.5 oz. vegan cheese (I used a mix of two different vegan cheeses.)
