Very tasty. This recipe is for 3 and I made it for 4 thee for I added a bit extra of the ingredients.
I made the rice with diced carrots, Red,Green,Yellow peppers cut up in small pieces. Added some more garlic (minced) and a chicken stock. I had the ides of cooking some more sauce from this recipe in a saucepan and poured it over the rice and served the Cashew Nut Chicken on top. Was lovely. The family enjoyed it. Would do it again!!
