Very rich and creamy. I halved the recipe since,it was only me and used 3 tbsp of maple syrup instead of the sugar. I Also used powdered cocoa instead of cocoa chunks. Could easily use half of this mixture and half almond milk and still have a creamy cup of hot chocolate.
