- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 2 cups cashewmilk (Silk Almond, Omega 3.)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- salt (to taste)
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 white onion (small, / chopped)
- 1 cup bell pepper (mix color, /chopped)
- 6 bok choy
- 1 handful snap peas
- 1 handful chopped cilantro
- 8 oz. garbanzo beans (/chickpeas, If using dried chickpeas soak 1 cup for 8 hours and then pressure cook them for 20 mins)
