- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (substitute canola oil if you don’t have sesame)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (medium, sliced into strips)
- 1 onion (small, finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. garlic chili paste (substitute 1/2 t. red pepper flake + 1/2 t. crushed garlic if you don’t have garlic chili paste)
- 1 cup roasted cashews
