lovely meal, might have messed up the cooking with much larger servings.. but a lovely dinner meal overall, much recommended

we really liked this ! i doubled the recipe and it still only made about 4 servings . I will make this again!...my husband is on low sodium so im trying different things ,and of course chinese is his favorite food . Also this is the first time using jasmine rice and we love it !

This recipe is amazing. My family isn't a big fan of mushrooms so I cut that out and I didn't have Jasmine rice, so I substituted with brown rice. Tasted great. This is probably my favorite dish so far out of all the homemade cooked meals I know how to make :D
