- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 bell pepper (medium, chopped)
- 3/4 cup unsalted cashews (roughly chopped)

Easy and delicious. We actually enjoyed the leftovers even more after all the flavors had blended together. Great recipe.

Was a great hit with the whole family! I did recepie x 4 to make enough and it was great! … (was heavy on the cashews) …the more you use the better it gets! Easy to make,just a litttle more prep time as I did in stages..first chicken, then stir fried all veggies , and sauce last. combined everything together just before serving! A definite “yum”

I added some red pepper flake for a little heat, and served with noodles. will make again.

We replaced the chicken with tofu, and added the tofu at the end so that it kept its crisp, we only added 1/2 the amount of broccoli, and added bok choi and water chestnuts. The recipe was a bit sweet, so we'll reduce the honey next time

So delicious! Made it vegetarian by adding more vegetables! Turned out great!

I added some water chestnuts and celery to the ingredients and it came out very tasty! This will now go on rotation.

It was pretty good. I didn't have any green onions which I think would have really added to it, will also increase the sauce ingredients as we would have liked a bit more
