Absolutely delicious, but as another person said if you’re having it with rice double the sauce ingredients

I doubled the sauce and added red bell pepper . My family LOVED IT. Very easy to make and very enjoyable

It’s a good recipe. It did come out a bit too salty. I would skip the salt since the soy sauce already contains salt.

Nice taste, and texture, made some changes because my sister can’t eat too much salt

It’s fabulous. Tastes like takeout or dine in. I didn’t have green onion so I added green beans. It made it even better😀

Great recipe! This will probably be my new go-to cashew chicken recipe. The family loved it, will definitely make again.

So delicious! I added a cup of sugar snap peas, a cup of celery, and a cup of carrots and served over rice.

good. needed more hoisin sauce but ran out. added corn starch as the sauce was watery.

Make extra batch of sauce on the side. Made my own hoisen sauce from epicurious.com. Left out hot sauce from recipe. So good. Does require so work and cleanup, easy to make but still involved.
