Wow. Tastes better than the shredded dairy cheese I used to use! Like another reviewer, I used paprika because I didn’t have sun dried tomatoes.

We added a little smoked paprika instead of sun dried tomato and it gave it this nice smoked cheese kind of vibes. Very yummy especially when I blended it instead of my partner because I have more patience so I got it creamier than they did haha

Added a bit of hot red pepper instead of sundried tomatoes, lemon rind instead of juice, and some rosemary! Delicious!

This was really good I had some cashew cream I made last week so I fudged a little with the ingredients, added some water to the cream and added more nutritional yeast after a taste made this for my toddler who exclaimed this was her favorite. I'll definitely make this again.
