    My first attempt at cashew cheese so I do not want to judge. I made some alterations after completing the recipe and definitely screwed it up. One day I will learn patience.

    I made this and served it over green beans and rice. It made a risotto- like skillet meal that all my kids liked. I'll definitely be making this again.
